Good product!,
This review is from: Menozac Natural Menopause Aid (1 ~ 30 Capsule Bottle) (Health and Beauty)
I have tried many different pills to help with menopausal symptoms. Menozac has been great. Estroven was okay there were so many different types and some of them made me gain weight!!! which is a problem when you are going through menopause anyway! If money is an issue I would recommend Estroven multi-vitamin. I also tried Zalestra, which I thought was awsome, it helped with weight loss and gave me energy but I took it one time later in the day and I couldn't go to sleep! I think that the green tea in it must have a lot of caffeine because I was a little buzzed and got headaches easily. It made me feel weird. I have really loved Menozac it seems to keep me at an even keel. My hot flashes are much reduced. If I get warm because of an external source it will set off a hotflash but for the most part I actually get cold sometimes. I would recommend this product!

This is the only hot flash product that works for me. I've tried every brand of soy, herbal, you name it. While I still do have hot flashes they are greatly reduced in intensity.
