Not working & received w/dead battery, December 24, 2011

Purchased product in Nov 2011 for Xmas and when it was time to wrap it, I discovered that the battery was dead. I bought the $6 battery, installed it, only to find that the time was frozen and none of the other features were working. I will be contacting the manufacturer after Xmas to get a replacement. I know my son will love it once we find one that works.
