Latch came off when taking plastic off,

This bracelet is very nice looking. The packaging it comes in though, is very hard to get off. When trying and trying to get the plastic off, the clasp ended up breaking off. So he hasn't been able to wear it yet because we have to take it somewhere to get it put back on. The packaging needs to be changed to not be wrapped in such tight plastic.
