This ledger is absolutely necessary in order to carry out the suggested program by Dr. John G. Kappas outlined in his book: Success Is Not An Accident. I have used the two in conjunction for the past 2.5 years to lift my self image. I now compliment my wife very well by having started to publish her website; adharris.net. Our program depends heavily on personal development and there is no better source to reprogram your sub-conscience so that making money becomes as easy as breathing.

I got my last two jobs because of this method. My new job offered me the exact amount of money I was doing the Mental Bank for. If you start it just don't stop and don't give up.
