They are always assigned a mentor teacher, however, I feel the specifics listed in this proposal would give the mentor teacher a more detailed plan to follow.
This text is designed as a 'strategy guide' for use by preschool teachers, particularly Head Start teachers, and the more experienced teachers who mentor them.
