I found this book to be excellent for training church leaders. It is biblically accurate and thought-provoking. It teaches church leaders how to deal with each other and with the congregation. Very helpful.

Outstanding resource for anyone in a leadership position. It very clearly portrays the Biblical view of leadership. Itis easy to see how some churches can deviate from the truth when the lack the fundamental truths needed for leadership that are outlined in this book. A must read for anyone serious about the church.

This is a good resource for teaching a great work. I have used it extensively in helping Church Elders return to the Scriptures. This next spring, I will have the privilege of taking this to Africa as a fledgling church tries to take root.

After 2000 years, finally there's an exegetical study on the definition, role and function of elders. Excellent book for those who truly hold to the supremacy of Scripture.

Just by reading the reviews I do not want to read this, who died and made you The God. There is New Testament and Old Testament, the books that clearly capture The Gods word. So if I could give you 0 stars I would but unfortunately I cannot.
