I bought this with high expectations as it claims to aerate wine. When i got home I could not wait to try it out. In doing a taste-test with it - I found the wine to be minimally aerated. :( I am a seasoned wine drinker and love wine toys. The menu barely increased the aromatics and did nothing to soften the tannins in the wine.

I do like the design,and the packaging is good. However due to the price and lack of performance, I would not recommend it. I have since been reading a few blog reviews of other aerators and advise anyone interested in getting or gifting an aerator to quickly look for tasting results. [...] for instance ran a "wine aerator shoot-out" which was very helpful to me.

The Menu Vignon Decanting pourer & aerator does everything it is advertised to do but the wine still needs some time in the glass to mellow. The pourer makes an attractive addition to the wine bottle and does make it easier to pour the wine without drips and dribbles.

This product is great. I have given as gifts to friends and family. It's also easy to take with you anywhere to make that bottle of inexpensive wine taste great. I would recommend this product.

We purchased a Menu Vignon Decanting pourer & aerator that you attach to your bottle at the spout and it works great and the price is very reasonable.

This was a gift for my mother. she loves it. she also loves her juice though:) i hope you like it too!

I have been using my Menu Vignon wine aerator for a couple months now, and love how much easier it makes my wine enjoyment, particularly with reds. It is extremely easy to use -- just install it like a stopper snugly into the mouth of the bottle -- and just as easy to clean -- a quick rinse is all it takes.

In the extra minute or less that it takes to use this item, you can all but eliminate the need for (or at least significantly accelerate with some more stubborn wines) the traditional method of decanting and aerating. And you don't need a separate decanter to pour your wine into -- this allows you to pour aerated wine straight from the bottle to the glass. Any wine afficionado should invest the modest price to have one of these on hand.

We have had a decanting pourer for our white wines, and can tell such an incredible difference in the taste of the wine, when we use it, that we ordered a second one for our red wines.

If you have ever used a REAL wine aerator this one will be a disappointment. Hard to travel with an aerator decanter and thought this would take the place of that for traveling - Not so much. Barely a difference compared to a HUGE difference with an aerator decanter.

Should have given it a 1 but it is a good idea that just didn't make it for us.

This product is a waste of money as it does nothing to improve the taste of wine!
