This is an excellent book for anyone who collects Mercedes Benz cars. Ever wonder how many units of your car were made? This book will tell you. If you need specific information on any MB model, it's all here.

For a book that is entirely based on giving you the specifications, there are too many errors. Too many near identical pictures of cars of the same series. The text on each model could be more informative, and skip repetition of the specifications listed next to it. Othervise OK, and there ARE a lot of facts. Expensive.

Excellent reference and information guide for any Mercedes Benz owner or fan. Lists detailed data on all production models built through 1995. As well as factory production figures, photos of all models, a breif history of the company, and more. Recommended for all folks interested in Mercedes.

Big disappointment when I discovered the book didn't cover the production numbers for the 1995 models. More accurate title should be production models 1946-1994. Generic pictures in b/w; this book is not even worthy for the coffee table. How anyone would give this book 5 stars is beyond me. I'll be returning mine. This book IS NOT AS ADVERTISED.

All the technical data and production information you could ask for. There is at least one picture of each model, but they are all bw. An excellent reference source!

This is another one of those books whose many miss-identified photos render it nearly useless. If one wanted to learn about the often subtle differences between various Mercedes models the many errors would only confuse you more. I found fewer errors in the specifications but they are there as well, calling into question what this book has to offer at all. I know this book is "updated" to add more current models every few years so it would be easy enough to fix these problems in upcoming editions but since I know early problems have never been addressed I doubt it will be. It's also too expensive for what it is even if it was worth having.

I love Mercedes, and this is the best book I have ever seen on the topic, and I've seen a lot of books on Mercedes.
