I bought this car because my brother is 12 and completely obsessed with cars. After a few races against his cheaper cars, we realised just how much faster it was. This car almost underestimates itself; it has double wishbone suspension, proper 4WD and a really powerful motor.It also handles better than any other RC car I have seen. I noticed quite quickly that although it was good in most other respects, it has a rather bad battery life of about 7 minutes. It doesn't quite go 18 mph, more like 12, but it is still very fast.

After a few days of using it, one of the suspension springs got stuck. A few weeks later it snapped off so the back of the car hung down and the front wheels spun endlessly. Fortunately, it was a quick fix with duct tape and wire, so it was soon working super fast again.

i made the desision to buy this after seeing that it went 20mph. believe me, it can reach that speed after a few seconds. it is extremely manueverable, and the controller has good range. one of the most fun cars i have ever owned. i like the headlights, too.
However, DRIVE IN A WIDE, OPEN AREA. this car does great id places like big parking lots and asphalt playgrounds. whatever you do, DO NOT DRIVE ON THE SIDEWALK!!!!! i made the mistake of doing this, and it totaled the thing. the steering is either straight or full turn. i tapped the steering wheel a little too long, and the car went off to the curb in a blink of an eye, and crashed into the wheel of a parked car at full speed. i then discovered the crash dislodged a wire or something, and it could only turn right.(the casing was alright.) i took it apart, and can't figure it out. the breaking was probably my fault, though.
this is a good car, just don't drive in a small space.

The RC car performance and speed is more than adeacuate, but the control set is prompt to breakage. It is poorly builded. I do not recommended this product because of it.

The Remote control car looks cool and is pretty fast, but not for smaller children. I bought it for Christmas for my 4 yr old,, and the 1st time he used it the front bumper and undercarriage got broken, and within a week the side
rear view mirrors got broken off. And the battery is a pain to take in and out, have to unscrew two screws to get off the battery panel.

The first car that was shipped out to us came defective and wouldn't move- but after letting these guys know of the problem they rushed out a second car without me even needing to send in the broken one! The car is very fast and pretty durable, my little brother is having a lot of fun with it.

FAST 540 MOTOR ITS NOT SLOW LIKE MOST RC CARS UNDER $100 BUCKS ITS A MUST HAVE IF THIS WHAT U WANT....

Got this as a birthday present for my son and he loves it. We received this fast and in excellent condition. My son was amazed with the speed and so was I. We have hours of fun with this and it does take a beating. I would definitely recommend this.

I bought this for my son-in law for no real reason "just because". I love my son-in-law and I thought this might be fun for down time. I didn't want something cheap, but I didn't have $300 for the car I would have loved to have bought him. He likes it. I am happy!
