Another Mercer Mayer book on CD-ROM! In this one, Little Critter and his Dad are off on a big camping trip. Lots of adventures await- there are fish to catch, campfires to build and ghost stories to tell before bedtime. This twelve page, easy to use electronic book is colorfully illustrated, and each page contains about two dozen clickables. In addition to reading and listening to the story, kids can watch a 22 minute "video" made by Little Critter and his dad about their trip. We enjoyed this title, as did our testers, but found that its longevity was similar to that of a paper-version book. Additional activities would have raised the rating even higher.
