This resource offers an easy to locate method of researching problems in geriatrics. This field is a specialty and these patients are special. Other manuals information refer to the general adult patients, of which the geriatric patient does not always fit. For example when I looked up "weight loss" , it associated it with other geriatric problems, like dementia. It is a great resource and I know it will become a key part of my care planning for my patients. I have always trusted Merck and once more they have come up with a winner. Thank you Merck.
