Dr. Mercola has cleverly performed a "bait and switch"; He deceptively stopped using Neptune Krill oil as he oiginally touted and yet calims this product to be "new and improved"; look carefully at the ingredients; the level of key ingredients have been significantly decreased- EPA has gone from 150 down to 90 and the level of Astaxanthin (a key antioxident and one the the strengths of Krill oil) has gone down from 1.5 to less than half that amount;;;;; ALL FOR THE SAME PRICE; As a physician, I always want my patients (ane me) to get the highest quality product at the best price; Dr. Mercola's response to my inquiry was woefully inadequate stating that "there is some new research" which he failed to provide;
This is a relatively recent change; the only way I found out because I learned early on that some unscrupulous supplement suppliers change their formulas signifcantly not thinking anyone will find out- always keep your old bottles in case they try to be deceptive (But you have to look closely); Even on his website he states that there has been no change in the product other than its delivery component- the caplique; this clearly is untrue;
ALWAYS KEEP SOME OF YOUR OLD SUPPLEMENT BOTTLES AND REGULARLY COMPARE SO YOU CAN CATCH TRICKS LIKE THIS !!!

Every product must state fully, product description, capsule strength etc. When do we find this out, after we have bought the product? And why does Amazon countenance this kind of thing?

I give it one star, but really it deserves a minus, because nowhere on this page, nor on Dr. Mercola's webpage advertising this krill oil, can I find a quantitative list of ingredients! The product description refers to a "rich source of omega-3s with DHA and EPA" and a "unique and synergistic blend of ingredients" without ever stating how much and of what. This is being sold based on faith: Mercola is not selling clearly defined pills, he's selling his sales pitch.

I've been taking this for about a year. I don't *notice* any major improvements in my health. But I *know* omega 3's are good for me, combats systemic inflammation, good for my heart, keeps the blood a little thin (so it flows better, less heart attack risk, etc, etc).
It's a good quality fish oil product. I also do NOT get the burpy, fishy aftertaste like I did with other fish oil pills.
My only beef with this product, is they can't seem to make the capliques such that they don't leak! I called them and complained about the leakage, and they sent me a free new bottle (so it's good customer service), but that new bottle had leaky capliques as well. So I put up with it.

I was unable to tolerate fish oil as I consistently burped up a fishy aftertaste. I am happy to say that I had no adverse side effects with krill. I just have been using for over a year and have seen a big difference.

Not only do I take this supplement but my cat took it as well until she recently passed just before her 20th birthday. I love the formula, don't have any aftertaste and will continue to take it (along with my family and younger 15 y/o cat) forever! Small easy to swallow pills too which I appreciate.

This was the first krill oil product that I tried, it seems to be better than the second brand I used so I will have to check it out again. The second product has a vanilla captule, These were a bit more fishy but it didn't bother me a bit.

I started taking Merocla's krill oil years ago and absolutely love it. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Krill oil is an amazing supplement and for me and my pains, a natural anti-inflammatory. I have tried several different brands of Krill, however this formula by Dr. Mercola far surpasses all the rest. I would recommend this to anyone interested in starting to use Krill Oil, as well as for anyone that is currently on it and feels there is no benefit. Sometimes it is just the way it is formulater. You will not be disappoined with this product!!

This product is no joke. Not for everyone! My system was shocked by it in the first week. I had to back off and just take one with other supplements. Lots of water and make sure to eat. The bottle inside is kind of messy in that the capsule are pure liquid and some of the reddish oil came out onto the cotton, so it looked bloody! I need some Probiotics and some Q-10, chromium and I'm good to go. Before that, I need a Job! I'm an Unemployed Pharmacy Technician! Be Healthy out there!
