I recently had lapband surgery and am still using this and I must say this is the absolute best tasting protein powder I have found! I cannot wait until I can have fruit and can add a nice frozen banana in!

I was looking forward to a quality protein powder, and I got this? First of all, I don't like the taste. Second, it's expensive for only getting about 11 servings, I believe. And third, I am not happy with all the ingredients. The Doc tells us that powdered milk is one of the worst things you can consume, organic or not, and unless I am reading the label wrong, it contains powdered milk -- not to mention some modified corn stuff. Maybe it's so minute, it isn't bad. What do I know? I just assume buy some plain whey concentrate with nothing added. I will add my own banana and ingredients.

I love all 6 flavors of Mercola's Miracle Whey. My favorites are the banana and chocolate. I stir two scoops into raw milk every morning for breakfast and it actually keeps me satiated until lunchtime. My issue with it is that it doesn't dissolve completely, and it's very unappetizing to drink occasional chunks of powder. Another issue I have is that he keeps changing the formula. The strawberry and vanilla flavors are different than his previous version, and do not taste as good. Also, the older formula used to be much higher in fiber than it is today. However, overall I think this is a very good whey powder.
