I could smell this great strawberry smell before I even opened the protective seal. I added two scoops of this to my blueberry/oat smoothie and it's like night and day. Much thicker--fills you up more. This made the smoothie taste great (trust me, it wasn't much before). I'm still full a couple of hours later.
