I bought this manual to help solve a problem with the alarm system on my 150HP Merc outboard. The diagnostics led me around in circles as I replaced part after part without success. I finally solved the problem with advice that I got from a forum on the internet. The manual is VERY helpful though in disassembling and reassembling an engine. Without instruction and diagrams like this, you can create more problems than you solve.
