This is one of the cornerstones of my collection and finds it's way to my player when I need to hear what's important in the Christian walk..Such depth and honesty is rarely found in alot of music today. I can say that any Christian wanting to be drawn back to God in thought and in Spirit could buy this album with confidence..Truly one of the best!

I simply want to express how this cd had (has) the power to heal. I was really "beating myself up" over a certain pattern of sin that I had been through. I really felt stupid and worthless about it. And then a friend let me listen to his "Mercy in the Wilderness" cd. Track no. 8 prepared me to hear Track no. 9 ("He Covers Me"), which was able to bring about such healing for me. I cannot articulate in this review the full extent of my feeling or healing, but suffice to say that God truly spoke through Mr. Camp in that song, and what higher praise can one give than to receive healing and blessing from God? Stop beating yourself up; treat yourself to this cd.

Of Steve Camp's many albums, this is closer to a worship album than any other. If you are ready to exalt your God, put this one on! Contemporary and high-church sounds - some should really get to you if you have a heart for God. Adult contemporary style. One of my favorites

musical depth; biblical depth; lyrical depth - absolutely uplifting, worshipful & enjoyable!

I find myself drawn to this album time and time again whether my heart is right with God or if I have cooled within and long to be drawn back. It causes me to take my eyes off myself and instead to focus on Christ and glorify Him for all He has done. This album is truly biblical in it's content and it reaches the very essence of the Christian faith. It is a perfect blend of gospel truth and heartfelt emotion. Positively God honoring Steve!!!

One cannot express in words how to describe this CD. It must be experienced in order to get to the highest level in communion with Christ. If you are serious about a personal closeness with God this CD is for you. It is not for the timid, but those who are not afraid to get up close with divine worship in its fullest form.

This cd is truly God breathed. the most spiritually uplifting music i have ever heard

I'm 14, and I can tell you this albem is very well done. Every song from the toe-tapping "Bless the Lord" to the comforting "He Covers Me," Steve shows us what God has done for him.

This is one of the best Christian albums that I have ever heard. Steve is a gifted brother and every song on this album brings out his best. God is shown as our merciful and faithful loving God that He is. There is not another album that I would recommend higher than this one. Good music, good theology, heart searching and God revealing. Thank you Steve Camp!

This is one of Steve Camp's finest works. I found this albumn particularly moving. He sings with power and emotion, and I am truly blessed each time I play it. God less you, Steve!
