Awful book!,

This review is from: Mergers and Acquisitions: Business Strategies for Accountants (Hardcover)
As an instructor, this is an awful text. Written in unnecessarily complex terms, and extremely repetitive. Almost no concrete examples for the numerous complex terms. No practice problems at all.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this text.

I found the explanations and attention to detail to be an important part of this work. Perhaps a lot of messes in the real world could be avoided if people paid attention to detail. I think the detailed information was quite valid
