4.0 out of 5 stars Mergers And Acquisitions in a Nutshell (Nutshell Series), November 15, 2010
Hi! I have not purchased this book but I figured that given the other review on here, I should clarify that the Nutshell series are meant for law students (probably practitioners too). The prior reviewer obviously didn't realize this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Highly Technical Discussion of Legal Aspects of M&A, January 9, 2007
By
Dan Raymond "M&A Practitioner" (Los Angeles, California USA) - See all my reviews
This book provides a comprehensive description of the legal aspects of M&A. Unfortunately, the prose is quite difficult to navigate. It appears to be written primarily for those with some legal training. I have found other texts such as DePamphilis' Mergers and Acquisitions to provide a much more readable and comprehensive discussion of the topic.
