I soooooo Identified with Meredydd, the heroine.... Excellent book and very well written

Good...but not great
The Meri involves a young woman, Meredydd, going on a religious journey. She is the only female magic student. The rest of men. She must go on a pilgrimage to find the Meri, a mythical being. The book is decent. Bohnhoff doesn't develop any of the other characters, which makes it hard to care about anyone else.
