My chiropractor recommended I take 5-HTP to help me sleep. After some research I found this fairly priced item is Peak 'x' free. It didn't help me sleep as much as we had hoped, but it made the things that irritate me irritate me less. I find I am less annoyed by traffic and work. It takes a couple of weeks to start working for most people. I think I noticed it after a few days, but the effects are stronger after a couple of weeks. I like it is 50 mg capsules so it is easier to control one's dosage as opposed to other capsules that are 100 or 200 mg.
