5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Way To Get Your Omega - 3 Fatty Acids
An excellent product with a very good price. I've never had a problem with any kind of an after taste but do take mine at night, right before bedtime just in case.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ripoff.
This may be a decent product, HOWEVER, buyers beware: In looking at the bottle, you may believe that you are getting a good deal as the label indicates 1,000 mg per serving. When these products usually state the content of one pill/tablett or softgell, this one does not. So, do not assume you are getting 120 softgells of 1,000 mg, when in fact you are only getting 120...

This may be a decent product, HOWEVER, buyers beware: In looking at the bottle, you may believe that you are getting a good deal as the label indicates 1,000 mg per serving. When these products usually state the content of one pill/tablett or softgell, this one does not. So, do not assume you are getting 120 softgells of 1,000 mg, when in fact you are only getting 120 softgells of 500MG, and the 1,000MG serving advertised on the label, is that of 2 softgels... I find this type of conduct to be unethical or dishonnest, as it makes it difficult for the customers to compare apples with apples. Let me know if you think I am overreacting... I have observed that Spring Valley plays the same games.

Hard to rate this product. One has to assume that Krill Oil is better than fish oil, or they wouldn't want to buy the product. I was taking all fish oil, now Krill oil three days a week and Fish oil 4 days. No particular change.

A couple of things to note: for whatever the reason, based on the labels, KriaXanthin Krill Oil appears to have half the Omega 3s of Neptune Krill Oil (and the other brands that use it). BUT, it is also less than half the price of those products, so double the dose and you are still more than ahead of the game price-wise.

SMELL: the stench when you open the bottle of KriaXanthin is awful, as reviewers have noted. However, once taken there are no fishy burps or odors later. (I also take enteric coated fish oil to keep away the smelly burps.) In fact, put the pills on the counter for an hour or so and they no longer smell. Go figure.

strong after taste. inexpensive, maybe you get what you pay for. probably the extraction process. maybe they use chemical solvents or something, but it does not feel digestible to me. smell is very different from other krill products. let me know if something has changed with it, or improvements are made.

These have a more pronounced "low tide" aroma than most marine oil supplements. However, I get no fishy aftertaste from them, and the price is right. I'd buy again.

Krill oil was recommended to me by my doctor in leiu of glucosamine. However, I haven't felt any major changes. So I can neither recommend or dispute its effects. I have been taking it for close to three weeks now. Maybe after a few months I may change my opinion.

I purchased this product about 3 months ago and I am just now realizing that there is a big difference in the amount of Omega 3s and EPA in this compared to more normal priced Krill Oil.

You get what you pay for, it looks like you get 1/3 the omega 3s that you get in the Now Foods Neptune Krill Oil. and 1/3 of the EPA. If it was $10 that would make sense, but its $13 and you would have to take 3 times as much!!

I recommend the Neptune Krill oil, more bang for the buck
