What more can I say. Well built, good looking, rugged, comfortable, discontinued. If you can get a pair, you should. Very comfortable shoes. I have read reviews where people have stated that Merrell shoes fit too small. They said if you wear a 9 then get a 10 1/2 or so. This wasn't true in my case. 2 pairs and they fit great. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe so I bought a 10.(no half sizes) They fit great. I have never needed to return Merrells because of a bad size. For those of us who have worn Merrells, you know this shoe is good. For those of you who have never worn Merrells but think that a $100 shoe is a lot, give them a shot. These were cheaper but, I bought a $120 pair of Merrells about 3 years ago and I still wear them. The treads are good and the material is still clean and "newish". Merrell takes great pride in quality apparently and they do buisness right. If you build,it they will come! If you make good shoes people will wear them. I haven't worn Nike or Reebok etc.. in years. Maybe I am lucky and my feet are very tolerant but I found these shoes very easy to break in and I never get rub spots when I walk a lot. Find a Merrell style you like and can wear and you will be good. I wear these, the Sprint Lambo and the Chameleon3 Ventilator and they fill my athletic footwear needs.(my dress and oxfords are a a different company)

Started to smell really bad really fast. My dog finds them absolutely intoxicating.

I'm a woman with wide feet and bought them for the width which is good.
