Do not talk yourself out of ordering a larger size. I ordered one size up after reading other reviews. But I should have ordered two whole sizes up. Too bad this excellent boot isn't properly sized.

At first, it didn't feel comfortable, but after a couple of use. It broked in evenly, now it's comfortable. It keeps my feet warm at work at the dairy- deli section, but when I go to the freezer side, I have to keep moving my feet around to stay warm. In a nut shell, it works pretty good, much better than regular shoes or sneakers.

This is good pair of shoes but didnot fit me well. Return was handled very graciously. Thank You.

This boot has great traction and keeps my feet warm. It is very comfortable, durable, and is water proof which is key to the cold and snowy Chicago winters.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the zipper will sometimes unzip while walking.

This light-weight boot is very well constructed for warmth, traction, durability. It is of exceptional quality, easy to put on and take off. The fact that it is waterproof is a plus. The only problem I found with the design is the rise in the top front of the boot interferes with walking as it prohibits the normal walking motion of comfort. It cuts into the shin bone and is very uncomfortable. Perhaps Merrell will re-design the boot and place the rise in the back or even it up.

I looked all over for Columbia, Sorels, Kamik, Keen winter boots that actually had an arch support for wearing indoors and out, and these more than fit the bill. Service and shipping great also.

Used then the first time last weekend, after breaking them in at home, standing in the snow for a couple of hours. Wore liners and socks and still had to use toe warmers to keep the toes warm. They are true to size, but tend to hold you a little close. It may have been better to order wide width (if available) to compensate for bulkier socks. Not going to judge by just one wearing, and will try again with a different combination of socks, so as to be fair. They are supposed to be insulated, and waterproof. Waterproof,so fat. I am working on the insulated part.

I haven't tried them in the snow but SURE THEY ARE WARM! I have very high expectations about theyre performance in a snowy mountain!

I did some research prior to buying these boots and I narrowed it down to this pair or a pair of Timberlands. You cannot go wrong with these boots. They are very warm and keep my feet dry. I've standed in puddles and my feet are nice and dry. They are very light weight and I could walk all day in them and no feel tired.

I love them. Buy a pair. You will not regret it.
