The unit assembles in less than 20 minutes, and the rooftop and floor panels remove for convenient cleaning. Instructions and hardware are included; a Phillip screwdriver is required. I bought this to keep my pug out of the rain. It is well-built and easy to assemble. My pug, of course, sits next to it!
