The sound of Bobby Vee lives in his Christmas music. Nothing spectacular here, but pleasant to listen to. A new take on familiar Christmas songs and some "new" ones to hear. On the non-Christmas part, the song Charms was the only song I recognized from my youth, and I was amazed that I could remember a few of the lyrics. The other songs were OK, but I don't remember ever hearing any of them. If you are a hugh Bobby Vee fan, you will probably love the entire album.
