This is The Fabulous Thunderbirds at their best. Before Jimmy Vaughan changed his playing style after going to his solo career in which he tries to separate himself from the stereotypical sound that he was best known for he really could show alot of soul and heart in his playing. This song demonstrates just that. His touch on the slide guitar really adds a lot of heart to this song. Kim Wilson just makes you want to cry with the vocals displayed in this song. Soulful, piercing vibrato and his uncanny way of delivering passionate vocals makes this song perfect for your Christmas blues. If you like the Fabulous Thunderbirds of old then this is a must have download for any season. It's just good blues.
