The Very Best Christmas Book,
By dream factory (Triangulum, M33) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Merry Christmas, Geronimo! (Geronimo Stilton, No. 12) (Paperback)
The following is a review by Isabella (6 yrs) one of the younger members of dream factory."this is a book it is about a mouse and his mouse hole started on fire. he tripped on his tail and ended up in the hospital. i was so excited about reading this book." Parental comment: Yes another stimulating Geronimo Stilton book. Entertaining and engaging reading activity. All the books in this series are well written. This one Isabella happened to have picked up is about and exciting day at Christmas time at the mouse hole. Original copyright 2001. The latter books in the 'Stilton' series offer more education interspersed within the storyline. this one is two dimentional in that it just follows the events at a Christmas party. No it has nothing to do with the real meaning of Christmas - - Christ. But taken as just a reading exercise vehicle there does not appear to be any intened disrepect. Suggetion - - buy the others in this worthy series first.

a funny Christmas Eve,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Merry Christmas, Geronimo! (Geronimo Stilton, No. 12) (Paperback)
I enjoyed reading this book. I liked that the main mouse had many obstacles to overcome, but he always succeeded. He's funny, too. It was very well written and perfect for a 1st through 4th grader.

My son and I love Geronimo Stilton series. The selection of vocabulary, size of the font, length of the chapter, and most importantly the contents are very good. We have a couple dozen books in the series and we love them all. Except for this one. Merry Christmas, Geronimo is not inspiring. There is no interesting plot, the sentences are run on, and it feels as if this book was written by someone who's not familiar with the series. Skip this one as there are plenty other better written books in the series.

Merry Christmas Geronimo,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Merry Christmas, Geronimo! (Geronimo Stilton, No. 12) (Paperback)
Merry Christmas GeronimoThe book that I am doing for a book review is Merry Christmas Geronimo By Geronimo Stilton. This book is a fantasy book. This book is about a mouse that live in the city called New Mouse City, and he is having a bad day , first Geronimo gets hurt by ice skating then a car hits him then the worst thing that happened was that his house started on fire because he went to work and he left a candle burning and it started the house on fire. I recamond this book to people who like fantasy books. This book is like Magic Tree House books. |
