I was lucky enough to get a copy of this Christmas album from Henry himself back in 1989. He was filming a Christmas special showcasing this album and I furnished some colored lights he used for The Little Drummer Boy part. I fell in love with this album. My favorite is We Three Kings of Orient Are. The most beautiful and emotional version of this song I have ever heard. I enjoyed hearing Roland and Jerry on this song, their voices are heavenly. And the video on the Christmas special with all of them at night on the beach singing and the choir behind them with the lighted candles was a sight to see. This is a must have for your Christmas CD collection!!!

I have lived in HI for the past 10 years, and for a few of them have been involved in the "local" music industry there. Henry is one of my favorite musicians as he constantly is ahead of the curve in innovation and is always interesting.
I never thought that any Xmas cd could take the place of Nat King Cole's "The Christmas Album", but this one does it for me. Its my fav xmas cd ever! The hearfelt emotion shows, and the insertion of the mother tongue of the hawaiian language, which is so glorious, pushes it to the top rank. This is a must buy! for everyone!

Our son lives in Honolulu. This Christmas he brought home this CD. It was our favorite! We went to the islands this January and attended a Kopono concert! What a treat!
