This CD is essentially identical to the earlier Snoopy's Christmas so only a real completist need buy both. With 2 essentially identical anthology CD's of their 20 greatest hits: Anthology and The Best of the Royal Guardsmen plus another couple of CD's containing their 4 albums now out: Snoopy Vs. the Red Baron/Snoopy & His Friends and The Return of the Red Baron/Snoopy for President, you might think these somewhat misleadingly titled re-releases of the Royal Guardsmen's 3rd album, "Snoopy and his Friends the Royal Guardsmen", would now be completely superfluous, but you'd be wrong. Due to the incompetence with which the album re-release CD's were put together, these CD's just happen to contain the ONLY indefective CD version of the entire Snoopy story from album 3 in consecutive track order.

I wouldn't be willing to pay all that much for it today, but I won't be discarding my copy, either.

have wanted to find a copy of the tape for a long time, mine was stolen years ago. it was the very first tape I ever owned and it reminds me of simpler times. Very pleased and surprised to find one still factory sealed. just hope my player doesn't eat it. I seem to remember the first song having words though and not being just instrumental. also the cover art is different than the one posted, the one I received has gold decorations and the words "Season's Greetings" on the front.
