The Message of a Master, December 22, 2009
This review is from: The Message of a Master (Paperback)
I just read sombodys review on this book. The book was bashed and dismissed as novelty. It must be that this person needed a mental debate to impress the ego. In a few words, this book is a golden nugget in my life. I have such faith and this book has guided me into transforming my life in beautiful ways. I guess we can say "Its in the eye of the beholder". Please don't dismiss this book, it is such a gem with such simple profound truth that will lead you into manifestation of your dreams like no other book I have found.

A simplistic version of manifesting along with a silly story, November 28, 2008
This review is from: The Message of a Master (Paperback)
This book consists of two parts.
Part One: The Search (32 pages). This is a nonsensical story of a businessman who receives a call from a friend who had been "miserable, beaten and depressed," and who had gone on an ocean voyage to improve his health. But the friend was back and had a marvelous story to tell.
The two men meet shortly thereafter in a club, and the friend tells the businessman about a mysterious and powerful stranger (the Master) who imparted to him the wisdom of the ages with which he was now changing his fortune. Then he says, "And that's as much of my story as I can reveal at this time. I hope you find it encouraging, and I hope you will discover more, eventually." Gosh, thanks for nothing. (That takes us to page 20.)
So now the businessman sets out to find the Master and, after thousands of miles of searching, find him he does, which leads us to Part Two.
Part Two: The Message (48 pages). This section contains the real meat of the book, and the principles are well known to those familiar with manifesting. Roughly, manifesting is the ability to transmute energy into matter using thought.
This is a very small book with a largish typeface and leading. It can act as an introduction to this marvelous process, but fails to intellectually convince, which will be necessary if you want your conscious mind to work with you. It is the guardian to the subconscious, after all.
If you really want to learn about the power of the mind for creating your reality, pass up this dinner mint and go for the full meal. Get
Three Magic Words by U.S. Andersen. And for a very logical explanation, I recommend
Edinburgh and Dore Lectures on Mental Science by Thomas Troward.
Happy Manifesting!
