The guided meditations and the music are spectacular. Terri Amos has a soft, gentle voice and Rashid Lanie's musical compositions are very soothing. I love listening to this CD and always feel better after I do.

I was amazed at how soothing and calming this CD was....I put it on and felt almost instant serenity...Terri has a wonderfully relaxing voice and delivery and the music is spectacular!Wow...all that and she's former Miss USA too!

I found that this CD helped to calm me during situations of stress. It was also very beneficial to my teenage daughter when she was feeling overwhelmed. Listening to it together was truly a bonding experience.
