I just received these cards today and boy was I surprised at the acuracy and the beauty of this deck. Very useful in using them to confirm tarot readings and used also alone. I am very impressed with this little box of wonders. The artwork is beautiful and the cards are so uplifting you just want to do a reading with them. I recommend these decks to anyone who is interested in reading oracles as they are great for beginners and the advanced enthusiast. You will love the messages the angels have to give you.

The Messages from Your Angels Oracle Cards is a 44-card deck by Doreen Virtue dedicated to receiving guidance from angels. In addition to Archangels Raphael, Michael, Gabrielle, and Uriel, there are 40 other beings conveying messages of hope, joy, empowerment and guidance. One side of the card features colorful images created by various artists with an encouragement at the bottom. Most of these illustrations are quite lovely. The back of the cards feature a beautiful motif of angel wings crowned with a glistening pearl, suspended in space amidst the stars while hovering over the Earth.

Some of the angelic beings and their messages include:

Azure - "Your desired outcome will occur in the very near future. Have patience and faith, and don't try to force it to happen."

Serena - "I am the Angel of Abundance. You will receive the money that you need, and God is in charge of how that will happen. Have faith."

Desiree - "No, conditions aren't favorable right now. Wait, or look into other options; and ask the angels to help, guide, and comfort you."

Isaiah - "It's a good time to give birth to new ideas and situations in your life. I am watching over you, guiding you, and protecting you during these changes."

Sonya - "I bring you a message from your deceased loved one: `I am happy, at peace, and I love you very much. Please don't worry about me.'"

A 69-page booklet accompanies the Messages from Your Angels Oracle Cards and the author provides additional messages for each angel; the names of the angels are arranged alphabetically, which makes it easy to locate the appropriate card meaning. What is confusing, however, is that I've never heard of these other "angel" names! Chantall, Indriel, Omega, Zanna, Caressa, Mystique...who are these beings? Unfortunately, Dr. Virtue doesn't explain the names of these angels. Because the additional messages are in quotes-as are the encouragements on the card fronts-I assume she's "channeling" angelic beings. There is no information on this subject, either, which could prove confusing to those familiar with only well-known angelic figures from various religions and spiritual traditions (Metatron, Tzadkiel, Sandalphon, etc.)

Dr. Virtue includes eight different angel-reading spreads for this oracle, which is more than any other booklet that accompanies her decks. While the spreads themselves are quite good, the advice on phrasing questions is NOT. For example, for each spread, the author provides a yes/no question such as "Is ____ my soulmate?", "When will I meet my soulmate?", "Will I make money soon?", "Will I heal from this health condition?" and so on. As a professional Tarot reader, I can tell you that most of us discourage yes/no questions and encouraging re-phrasing that is open ended. Why, you may ask?

Well, these kinds of questions are disempowering. Individuals who want quickie yes/no answers usually don't want to invent the time honing their intuition and growing up spiritually. Not only that, even a specific tool like Tarot (which is far more comprehensive than any Virtue deck) can only reflect the CURRENT energy of the querent. Should the querent (the one asking the question) change his/her mind, then the outcome changes. Empowering questions are ones that ask, "What can I do to _____?" and "How can I best _____?" These kind of questions encourage action and decision, rather than seeing fate as something that "just happens" outside of our control. Dr. Virtue should know better and does a great disservice by including such amateurish questions and phrasing.

I've tried consulting the Messages from Your Angels Oracle several times, but each time I receive cards with an irrelevant or vague message that just don't resonate. I've had far more success with the Archangel Oracle Cards (although my personal favorite is the Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards). Although the cards are attractive and the angelic channeled messages are encouraging, this deck doesn't work well for me.

If you like Doreen's first Angel Oracle deck, you will enjoy this one even more. If you don't have either, I'd suggest buying this one first.

It is very inspiring, with messages listed on each card, however you can "expand upon" the meaning as with the other angel deck. Her suggested spreads in the accompanying booklet are insightful and surprisingly accurate. You will be very much surpised by the accuracy of your readings, even if you are an angel doubter. How great that when I tried to "trick" the deck, and ask the same questions twice, the same cards appeared!

If you're in need of kind thoughts and not feeling alone, or have a wonderful life and like to be reminded that support is all around you, or like to know that you are on-track, these wonderful angel cards are for you. This deck is very different from the first, and it's difficult to explain how. Those who are reading this, who have the first deck are flashing a whimsical smile right now, because you have to experience it to understand.

The last thing I wanted to say is that one reviewer objected to what she felt were provocative pictures on the deck. Several of the cards are of a more sensual quality (2 or 3 blissful-looking angels without clothing, yet stratically covered), however, nothing I haven't seen in a shampoo commercial or a fashion mag in my dentist's office. Her opinion is valid, although I'm not sure the average citizen would object to any of the images. I find the cards' images to be modern, attractive and tame.

This is my third purchase of an Oracle Deck by Ms. Virtue...
And i eagerly await the release of her new "Mermaid Oracle" due out this spring!!

i found this Angel Oracle to be fascinating and intriguing...

They each have a different "feel" to them...........

i like this deck, because there are more descriptions on the cards, and the art work is simply gorgeous.......

This is another deck where it is blatantly obvious that the Angels were behind this project all the way, guiding her to fulfill yet another tool for self-awareness and exploration into the Divine..............

Just "holding" this deck in time of need or comfort uplifts one's spirit... The energy within the cards lets you know that you are not alone, and help is but a simple call away.......

If you are interested in a deck of beautifully inspiring cards that make it incredibly easy to do angel readings for yourself and others, these oracle cards are for you! Even skeptics will be impressed with the details and accuracy of the cards, and there are examples of different card spreads in the guidebook which make the entire process simple and easy. Beginners and advanced readers will love working with these gorgeous, unique and high-energy cards.

I especially love how each of the angels on the cards have a personalized energy that you connect with when you select a card. I can actually hear the angels depicted on the cards talking to me and sharing additional insights as I read the messages. This deck is a very powerful tool for determining how to heal and help yourself and others, and it will be a favorite among many lightworkers. I am looking forward to introducing my clients to this deck, so they can more easily do readings for themselves. The card deck actually brought magic into my life before it even arrived at my home- I had a distinct premonitional dream about the cards and saw them clearly the night before they arrived by mail.

If you like Doreen's first two oracle decks, "Healing with the Angels" and "Healing with the Fairies," you are sure to enjoy the "Messages from Your Angels" oracle cards. They make an excellent gift for yourself or a loved one who desires a closer connection with the angels. Anyone who works with this deck is sure to receive many, many blessings as a result!

I love Doreen Virtue. She is truly the author that paved my way into the spiritual world. I have never been disappointed by her.. and these cards are no exception.

I have all three of her oracle decks. My favorite are the fairy cards - they just "click" with me in such a way. While I do like her first angel cards.. these are even BETTER. The pictures are just beautiful.

This deck is structured differently than her previous Healing Oracle cards - instead of using a keywork on each card, a specific message is provided. Each card actually names an angel, so you can tie the message to the appropriate angel you should be working with for that goal / purpose.

Spreads are provided to use - but I really find that these cards work best when you pull one card for an individual question - since they are so specific. When I want to do a more 'divinitory' reading utilizing spreads, I pick up the Healing with your Fairies or Healing w/ your Angel cards.

If you purchase this deck, you will not be disappointed.

This set was an absolute must purchase for me. I obtained Doreen's Healing with the Angels Orcale Cards in 1999, they were just what I had been looking for unsuccessfully for many years. I have a shelf full of decks I don't relate too. My Husband and children enjoy using them too and quite often ask for a card. The Healing with the Fairies became an absolute must when they came out in 2001. I use both sets and they work well together. In the meantime I have purchased Doreen Virtue Audios and books. The Fairy Oracle Deck I have given a set to both of my daughters, and recently a friend who has been having chemo phoned to say she didn't know how to go about getting the Oracle cards, would I please order them for her, I just seem to keep giving them away. All of these decks have only positive cards. Some cards will just put a check on you if you have been a bit down and you receive the message to be positive and uplifting its all there. I find a feeling eminates from the each individual card. They are fantastic.

I have Healing with the Angels and Faeries Oracle Decks by Doreen Virtue. This new deck incorporates very detailed messages from your angels. These cards are extremely powerful, positive, and the artwork is just beautiful! You will not be disappointed!

Doreen Virtue's oracle cards are wonderful. It is an easy way to learn to communicate with our angels and spirit guides. They have helped me through so many things since I have had them. I must admit, I collect all her oracle card sets like a guilty pleasure. These even predicted my son coming into my life. They are very accurate. Even if they are not on target to your question, they still seem to tell you exactly what you need to hear at that moment. I always feel a little safer after doing a reading and truly feel my angels are there and getting me through life's trials. My angels have become dear friends, helping me to stay positive even when I feel down. These cards make communicating with them so simple. I recommend this product to anyone with an open mind and a desire for spiritual enlightenment.

I bought this deck as a gift for someone who has always loved and believed in angels as long as I've known her. As she read the card instructions aloud, I was almost skeptical about how they could never be wrong, but then she did some simple readings. I was amazed by many things.
These cards seem very easy to connect to. They are easy to use for beginners, and as someone who owns a few decks of oracle cards, I was impressed by how accurate they are. If you feel a strong spiritual connection to angels, this is a deck for you. It is a great way to know what your angels have planned for you, and they are also a positive tool for guidance.
It also seems that miraculously or coincidentally, these cards came into the owners life at the perfect time. Perhaps that is what the angels had planned...
