Once again Mr. Harris has brought together several people that during simple interviews, have managed to change our way of thinking about life. As in "Messages I," we are introduced to several authors who, in their own lives, experienced something so profound, that not only changed their lives forever, but their way of thinking, believing and existing. While reading this book, I literally began to feel that I was sitting on a window seat looking out over a beautiful day getting hugged. Sounds corny I know but this book, as do all of Phillip Harris's books, changed my life. I can't go into what about each author changed me, but I can tell you that this book is like a Chicken Soup for the Soul. Yes, they are interviews, but their stories are told, their outcomes are learned and you can't help but feel close to all of them. It touched me, it hugged me, it comforted me, it changed me. I think differently, I exist differently. I have become a weight reducer, my blood pressure has lowered, my cholesterol has lowered and I have managed to get off of three heavy narcotics. Want a hug? Want someone to explain things to you that you have been thinking but haven't been able to figure out? Do you want answers to questions you fear to ask? Do you want to hear questions that you haven't thought to ask and their answers? Want to discover the light to your dark? You're holding the book in your hands.
