Keeps the philosphy of the spirit and the soul immersed and contemplating, while the body is fortified. Splendid art that is irrefutable.

These cards are highly recommended for those interested in being intentional about better mind, body and soul care. Recently as we honored the Ancestors and remembered particular contributions to our mental, physical and spiritual development, we used the "Message for Life Cards" in the following Family Remembrance Ritual:
We placed favorite fresh flowers of deceased family members near their gravesite markers. The eldest person sat on a Sankofa Stool which was symbolic of looking back while at the same time moving forward. Recollections of memorable occasions, words of wisdom, and enjoyable activities were shared. Afterwards, each person took a "Message for Life Card" and applied it to their current circumstance or challenge, along with thoughts about hope for the future. We enjoyed a few rounds of experiencing God speak specifically to our situation and it caused some to wonder, "so who is this Bishop Noel Jones and can he preach?" That was an easy question for me and hopefully all of the curious ones will come to the City of Refuge in Gardena, CA to discover the answer for themselves.
