About the Author
For twenty years, Claudia Helt worked as a psychotherapist dealing primarily with individuals who had experienced abusive situations. From these marvelous peoples she learned much about the human condition and the resilient nature of the human spirit. Her love of art and her passionate involvement with the creative process led her on a personal journey of self-discovery, guiding her to yet another opportunity for creative expression and Divine Connection. Through this natural and wondrous development of connection, many messages were and continue to be received. These communiques are clearly intended for all, and are the reason and purpose for Messages From The Light.

Messages we need to hear,

The messages Claudia has shared seem to have an urgency that we must heed for the time is now that we must connect with our spritual selves! In times of doubt I use Messages from the Light to put my spirit self back on track and end the doubt and lack of hope for us as a humans. I now know I can make a difference in the world but can not do it alone or without help from my angels. Enjoy the messages Claudia shares from her spirit self..
