Sure, the energy is AMAZING!!! Plenty of energy and motivation to exercise; I have been happier and more energized. HOWEVER- I ATE LIKE A COW when I was taking it. I took it for 3 days, ate like crazy- I was ALWAYS hungry and ALWAYS thinking about food!!! Even though I exercised, the extra eating completely cancelled that out! I've gained one pound in the past four days!!! BEWARE!!!
