this stuff is the best, i can;t beleive someone only rates it only 1 star,
i have been taking the ephedra free for about 3 months now and have lost, 25 pounds it is so great, i have passed this wonderful products on to friends so they can lose too.

it didnt work (and I was dieting).. and on top of that it made me feel really really sick ..too much caffeine.. for a moment I thought I was going to have a heart attack or a stroke.
