This is the very first book I read about Metaphysics, and even though it's not a very deep study of the matter, it gets to the point of study by giving the reader the basics of Metaphysics. As you read you will learn the easy steps to have a better life and access the great knowledge of the ascended masters. This is a great book to begin a studying journey, and although you'll find yourself reading deeper books, this one's a must when it comes to Metaphysics.

I was told about this book when I was in college, where I learned many things about what this book talks about.
It literaly changed my life, my outlook in life and my disposition. 10 years later I still go back to it everytime I find myself with a problem or a concern. I use it almost like a Bible. It teaches you many things about life. It is Christian Metaphysics but it is written in a way that anybody could apply it to their lives christian or not.

Con poquísimo riesgo a equivocarme, me atrevo a afirmar que pocos libros habrán afectado (para bien) tanto la vida de buscadores hispanoparlantes de la Luz como el "4en1" de Conny Méndez.

Toda crítica que puedan hacerle tanto a la obra como a su autora, quedan reducidas a nada ante el portentoso IMPULSO HACIA ADELANTE que muchos buscadores de habla hispana han experimentado al leer este libro.

Qué mejor paso que este para dar inicio a la propia búsqueda espiritual, y adentrarse en la fabulosa Enseñanza que, para beneficio de la humanidad, han descargado los Maestros de Sabiduría.

Well this book is probably the best book, I have ever read in my life. Because it helped me change the way, I see life and it is very important; what the message in the book, it is also important to practice, the exercises that are in the book. I do not mean "exercise" to go to the gym, but exercises to help you control your mind and body. I love this book it changed my life and I have giving this book as a gift to many of my friends and close family and it has change the way they see life. So read it and try what it says, on the book and you will see!!!

good insperational book goes with to much history but in a view is good to know from where everything is coming is better vol I but help you understand the universe work options and how we have to start been better for us primary.

The first time i read this book was because a friend give it to me, i was surprised because i can read (until today) every day and is exactly i need to read at that moment. It's easy to read, to understand, and is help a lot to see this world with different mind and of course is working myself. i begin to read it in 1999 and i don't regret, really i recomended because it give you peace and techniques to be better persons with yourself and others.

So much information and so much to learn from such a little book. This book is a guide for living and bettering your life and the world.
