This Old Snake figure is exactly what an MGS4 fan is looking for. Snake is in his famous crouching pose from MGS4 -Ciggarette in mouth- and it looks great. Medicom has done a wonderful job in recreating old snake.

I have read reviews of Medicom toys before, so I was skeptical with this snake figure. However, this is a statue really, with no poseability. Snake is completely Static. The detail is very high, with extremely small print on his octocamo suit that you can actually read. This toy is easily of McFarlane detail quality.

When I was at the store looking over the paint job, I found every one in stock to be of great quality. There were no noticeable errors on any of the 4 I saw. The only issue with this figure is that when you place him on a flat surface, his right toe points up, as if Medicom didn't get his crouch sculpt aligned properly. This is a minor gripe, but really should have been corrected as Old Snake deserves perfection. This only presents itself if you plan to open and display snake, otherwise in the package he looks perfect.

As with all MGS figures, this will be on ebay soon for 4 times the price, so act fast before they are gone.

You can't appreciate it from the picture but the detail on this action figure is STUNNING!
If you are looking for a possible figure then this is not for you can't move this other than it is shown in the photo. But the detail and materials are high quality, PERFECT FOR ANY HARDCORE FAN OF THE SERIES.

If you're a fan of Metal Gear Solid you will love this toy It has tremendous detail everywhere, the picture can't do a justice. Kind of smaller than I expected but that's fine. I just really wanted a figure of my favorite game character. I recommend this toy to any collector or fan of the series.

Kudos to the company that made this figure, the details on it are very good even the face of snake. I would recommend this to any video game figure collectors.

My boyfriend is a GOW fan and I thought this would be a nice gift for him and it sure was!!! The quality and the details are amazing, it even has a smoke, knife, gun etc... This is great for collectors!!

I'm a big MGS fan and this action figure is a must-have. The details are stunning. The only drawback to some is that it's a stationary action figure; you cannot move its limbs. That didn't bother me though. Very happy with the purchase.

Awesome toy and definitely it'll glorify your desk or console place.
Take care of his cigarette though,a slightest touch can break it as it happened with mine.

its a cool thing. i just keep it nex to my metal gear games to give the games a more "alive" feeling. is it worth the money? hmm, depends on much $ u hav in the first place.
