Metals Handbook, Desk Edition,
By Robert Shanks (Durango, CO) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Metals Handbook: Desk (Hardcover)
Every metallurgist and materials engineer should have one of these on the shelf - unbelievable amount of information. I bought mine to use for the 2003 metallurgy PE exam - it probably helped me on over 70% of the questions. I passed first time - I wouldn't have had a hope without this book. Mine is the 8th printing (1995) - I don't really see a need to buy the very latest edition unless money is no object,
