this is what i call Xymox's crossover into pop and an attempt to appeal to the mainstream. B who U wanna B at first was quite a turn off, but it grew on me after about six listens...and now i find it like an addiction i'm a little apprehensive to openly admit. Revolve is another dance friendly track that is a little too upbeat to be categorized as "goth" Awake reminds me more of human league or modern english, but still, is well produced and stands well on its own.
if you're expecting material found on the likes of medusa or their debut self titled album, one may be disappointed, but if one can appreciate this album on its own, it's worth adding to your collection.
