After a frustrating period of trial and error we finally found a product that works great and is safe and environmentally friendly.

Last fall we installed a solid Canadian ash wood floor. Ok now we needed to learn how to keep it clean and protected. Some of the initial products were too strong and we anticipated they may do more harm than good to the wood. Still others were too soapy leaving a residual film. Floor instructions warned against using soap and water. And no polish because that will quickly build up. And don't get anything with silicon.

And so about a month ago Lisa brings home this $$ 'Method' stuff. A non-toxic, non-wax formula. Safe for our children! Safe for mother earth. Biodegradale and a breeze to use.

Contrary what their label says. DO NOT SPRAY ANYTHING DIRECTLY ONTO YOUR WOOD FLOOR. Spray a good amount onto a flat floor mop. And mop with long strokes. Very easy. Dries quickly. Not streak. No stick. No need to go over it with a damp towel.

But it does have this pale baby-ish almond scent to it. Don't worry its not bad. And it dissipates in about an hour.

Watch what you use on those wood floors. Ceramic and vinyl floors can be misused. Wood needs special care to last a lifetime.... . ....Your comments welcome.

This hardwood floor cleaner is amazing. If you use this with the O-mop, you will be amazed. It's much better than a regular mop or any other kind of hardwood floor cleaner I've ever used. And it smells AMAZING!!

I also recommend this product for everyone out there that has wood floors. It cleans very good and smells great! I run a non-toxic cleaning bussiness in South Florida and that's what we use!

I have laminate flooring throughout my house and I used this today. Not only does it smell wonderful it cleans very well. NO STREAKS!

My house was built in the late 50s and the original hard wood floors still exist throughout the house. To my knowledge, they have not been refinished. I have been using this floor cleaner roughly every 2 weeks for just about a year now. My floors look better than they did when I moved in. This cleaner leaves the floors clean and incredibly shiny.

A note about the almond scent - it is really nice. Not airplane bathroom almond at all - just a subtle almond scent that lasts less than 12 hours.

I tried using the product on my hardwood floors. The almond fragrance is very strong and sweet and my husband commented on it immediately when he entered the house. If you like the scent of almonds, you may like it, but I found it too strong. The cleaning power is ok for when using sparingly on a cloth for dusting wooden furniture, but on the floors, it left streaks. I tried using the spray on our wooden breakfast table, but unless the table has just been cleaned prior to using the "cleaner", the products leaves streaks behind.

I'll start by saying, yes the cleaner is a bit on the pricey side but rest assured, it's WELL worth it! Our house is closing on a 100 years old and the floors are about the same age so delicate care is a must. When we first saw this cleaner I wasn't sure about the price and quality. After the first use, I was HOOKED! The floors are clean, no film, not slick and the house smells WONDERFUL! Hubby gets excited when do the floors. Who knew?

When I found the 6 pack on the subscribe and save, it was a dream come true! How could I possibly pass this up? No more trips to the store I rarely shop JUST to get this and the Lemon Ginger cleaners.

This product cleans my hardwood floors well and leaves my house smelling AMAZING. Also use the wood for good spray and wipes for all the rest of the wood in my house. This stuff is great!

My 110 year old floors love this product, makes for a great satin shine and really helps in the Winter when the wood dries out. A very good drink for you wood that does not have poly on it.

Great to clean the wood floors. Makes them look great when done. Doesn't build up. Has a nice fragrance to it- not too strong. Only wood floor cleaner I will use!
