This review is from: Methods in Mammary Gland Biology and Breast Cancer Research (Spiral-bound)
At the moment I am in the midsts of writing a dissertation so this will be a short and sweet review. If you are wondering whether you need help designing animal experiments in rat or mouse, whether you are wondering if you will ever be able to perform a tricky technique quickly, whether you might ever wonder why your fat pad transplantation didn't work...don't debate. This was one of about 5 helpful books that insured I completed a Ph.D. My professors have asked me to borrorow it and students have photocopied pages of it...I know one person who HIDES her copy in her desk because it frequently "walks off". So just buy it. You won't regret it.

Qualifier: I know some of the scientists in this book and they have taught me hands-one one or two of the techniques. This book will walk you through a lot of difficult techniques, but you will still need an instructor who is familiar with mouse or rat mammary to work with you the first few times.
