I think this is a good reference for computing the planet's orbits in solar system. The best thing, in my opinion, is the algorithm at the end of chapters. This is a good issue for programming in any language.

I used the 1965 edition for my Masters thesis, which had to do with thermal analysis of satellites. This book was a great resource. I'm buying this edition for my own personal library.
