5.0 out of 5 stars 2003 Ford Taurus SE
Exactly what I needed and it worked perfectly once I plugged the FM Modulator in.

Item came as shown. I bought it because all of the reviews I read said it was needed. I have a Sirius Onyx, and the FMDA25 installed on a 2005 Ford E150 and I did not need this item to install the FMDA25 as the cables on the unit are a perfect fit for the Ford antenna connections.

5.0 out of 5 stars A cinch to hook up SkyFi2 and FM Modulator to 2006 F150, August 18, 2006

My husband's 2006 F150 does not have a cassette player, so he was not able to use the SkyFi2's cassette adapter to boost his XM signal. While there wasn't any static, the music sounded muffled, instead of bright and crisp like a CD. Using this adapter, with the Delphi FM Modulator (SA10112), he was able to easily hook the modulator up to his truck antenna to enhance the sound. Now XM is as good as CD quality without having anything permanently installed or wired in his truck.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not Compatible with Focus, January 18, 2009

The Amazon description says it should work, the packaging it comes in says it should work, but the antenna connection on the back of my 2003 Focus is much larger. The radio does not recieve a standard antenna plug, either, so I'm still looking for one that works. Im sure this item works fin if it's applied to the right vehicle.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect fit, September 16, 2008
This review is from: Metra 40-FD30 ford Standard Radio Antenna (Electronics)
Not a terribly complex product, but works exactly as advertised. I don't understand why the OEMs have gone away from the standard connectors, but this one will fix you right up (at least with Ford products).

I used this to tie-in a FM relay for Sirius.
