Product Description

Metroid Prime Samus first stopped the evil Space Pirates and Mother Brain from amassing an army of Metroids on the planet Zebes. Then she was called on to finish the job on SR388, ultimately ridding the universe of all but a single Metroid larva. In Super Metroid, for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, Samus thwarted Mother Brain's attempt to snatch the captive Metroid larva from the scientists on Ceres. Now, Samus is once again called to investigate Space Pirate activities on the unexplored Tallon IV. Her adventure begins as she enters a mysterious derelict.

This is a spectacular game , one of the finest Gamecube titles. if you are a old school metroid fan you will appreciate what the developers set out to do with game.It's been out for about 6 years now but it aged very nicely .I have a ps3 I have had it for over a year so after playing Metroid Prime on my 'cube recently I'm shocked its held up graphically.Gameplay is very unique and outstanding.It's not for everyone though because Metroid Prime features a very extensive map system and may throw people off, with that being said its a adventure game and a good one at that , Great mix of exploration and action here and there. Now as far as this version goes, Its the same old metroid prime it just has a bonus disc/demo of it's sequel .The front box art is slightly different but the side and back cover are the original art.This version is like $ 4 dollars cheaper with a bonus so just get this, Its amazing and a must have for any old school gamer .

This package was listed as "very good" when it was actually like new. No scratches, perfect packaging, and a manual. My kids thought it was their original disk they lost eons ago. Nice!
