Great looking, great idea...but...,

This is a great idea product, nice materials, but...
I got one and after just a few uses the flip top stuck open and would not close again. I contacted the company, told them of my issue and they were very responsive; quick, friendly, etc. They sent me another shaker free of charge. Unfortunately, as I was showing someone how cool this product was, one finger flip open...it stuck again. It is like a hyper-extended joint that locks up. And won't close again. The shaker strains very slowly as well. The hole on the underside of the strainer lid is pretty small. Not a huge complaint, but bothersome. Anyway, I really want to like this product but the kinks make it unusable.

very nice item, but beware...,

I absolutely love the concept of this product, so I purchased one. I was just testing it out with water, and it leaked all over the place. I was really disappointed, but not ready to give up on it. I secured the lid again, and pushed a little harder on the locking side of the lid. This did the trick! It can seem that the top is fully locked in when it may not be. There is a little bit of resistance, but this is what locks the lid closed. I shook again, and it did not leak at all! Looking forward to using this to do more than just shake water!

Yep, just as other reviewers have noted, my shaker leaked like mad. Note the past tense - "leaked' - now the flip top has locked in the open position and refuses to budge. A mason jar works better than this gizmo. Save your money!
