5.0 out of 5 stars Guide NUmbers in Meters and Feet, March 5, 2009
This review is from: 60CT-1 With Dryfit Battery and Charger (Electronics)
As to the previous review, the guide number as stated is 60 meters. The reviewer is thinking in feet, which is 190. And this is indeed a fabulous flash.

5.0 out of 5 stars A wonderful flash unit, January 27, 2009

I have used this unit for wedding photography for around 20 years and I believe this is the best and most powerful portable flash on the market. Operation is simple, it has a tremendous amount of power and is very dependable. I absolutly love the Nicad Dryfit battery as it does not develop a memory problem like so many rechargables. I've used many rechargable flash units over the years and nothing is a dependable and longlasting as this flash and the dryfit battery. It is expensive but well worth the investment. I've shot over 1,500 weddings and countless other photo jobs with this flash and it has never failed me. If this one needed to be replace, I would gladly pay $700 for another one. I do take exception with one bit of information posted about this unit, I believe the guide number is much higher than 60. My memory is that the Guide number is about 190. This is a very very powerful unit on full power and the electic eye on it is very consistant and accurate.
