Dick Farney is one of the finest performers that Bossa Nova ever had. Farney's exquisite phrasing and intimate reading takes you to the Rio De Janeiro myth and invites you to sit down have a beer or a great chat while watching women passing by, this in fact the Bossa Nova idea. Tereza Da praia and Copacabana are two of his greatest interpretations. Once again His sophisticated voice turned these simple songs into classics. The intimate Jazz atmosphere is the perfect setting for romance....
