4.0 out of 5 stars 8 years and still strong
I use this for iced tea and margaritas, have had it for 8 years and it's still going strong. It's very heavy, and has a lovely irregular handmade feel to the surface and interior of the glass- tiny pin bubbles and so on. No complaints at all, you just have to be prepared to use a large glass pitcher: don't knock it against a porcelain sink or let it down too hard on...

1.0 out of 5 stars Junk!!!
the pitcher is defective. It cracked the first time I used it. The glass thickness varies everywhere on the pitcher. VERY poor quality

It's very heavy, and has a lovely irregular handmade feel to the surface and interior of the glass- tiny pin bubbles and so on. No complaints at all, you just have to be prepared to use a large glass pitcher: don't knock it against a porcelain sink or let it down too hard on tile or granite countertops. I've been careful, but not paranoid, and I'm usually pretty hard on dishes but I've had mine for at least 8 years.
